Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your pieces?
A: We take pride in our impeccable craftsmanship and never compromise on quality. We offer a three-month guarantee against any material damage that affects the functionality of the item.
Q: Do you offer repairs for worn or damaged pieces?
A: Yes, we provide a pearl restringing service to keep your pearls in perfect condition. If you wear them often, we recommend restringing once a year.
Q: Can I swim while wearing my jewelry?
A: Pearls should not be exposed to chemicals like chlorine, perfume, or salt water, as they can weaken the knots and alter their appearance. If exposed, restringing is advised sooner rather than later.
A: Sterling silver can be worn in water; however, some skin types may cause natural oxidation, leading to slight darkening. Use a jewelry polishing cloth to restore its brilliance.
